Anyplace you go today, you make certain to see a young person with earphones joined, profoundly inundated in their PDAs.

Regardless of whether they are playing music, conversing with a companion, watching a show, or tuning in to a web recording, young people utilize their telephones for everything and like to do as such without outside clamor meddling.

Earphones are a route for young people to make truly necessary individual space and freedom.

While it’s critical to screen your high schooler’s phone use, buying a decent arrangement of earphones for them to make the most of their music (or whatever else) will make you parent of the year.

The following are 3 of the top of the line and profoundly appraised earphones for teenagers in the market today!

HyperX Cloud Flight Wireless Gaming Headset

HyperX Cloud Flight - Wireless Gaming Headset, with Long Lasting Battery Up to 30 hours of Use, Detachable Noise Cancelling Microphone, Red LED Light, Bass, Comfortable Memory Foam, PS4, PC, PS4 Pro

HyperX Cloud Flight - Wireless Gaming Headset, with Long Lasting Battery Up to 30 hours of Use, Detachable Noise Cancelling Microphone, Red LED Light, Bass, Comfortable Memory Foam, PS4, PC, PS4 Pro
  • Gaming grade 2.4GHz wireless connection, with up to 30 hours of battery life
  • Signature HyperX comfort and immersive in game audio
  • Durable, adjustable steel slider
  • PC, PS4, and PS4 Pro ready
  • 90° rotating ear cups with LED lighting effects

At first glance, this new HyperX Cloud Flight seems to keep the spirit of the brand’s previous models. A beautiful black dress, a few touches of red and a set that is both sober and discreet for a headset for gamers.

Without its microphone, the Flight could almost look like a Bluetooth headset straight out of Bose.

This first wireless model is closer to an entry-level Cloud Stinger than a Cloud Alpha or Revolver. Like its little brother, the Cloud Flight is made mostly out of plastic, which will allow it to display a contained weight (300g) for a wireless headset.

Of course, this plastic construction also implies a slightly reduced robustness, and some players may regret the absence of a metal headband.

Nevertheless, the finishes are still as good as ever, and the Flight should have more than adequate durability if you avoid throwing it through your bedroom during a big Rage Quit.

The ends of the C-arm incorporate a swivel that allows the earcups to fold flat. The headset can be easily carried in a bag, but more importantly, it can be worn comfortably around the neck.

Unlike some competitors, the Flight doesn’t suffocate at all in this position and it’s very practical when you want to rest your ears a little.

Now it’s time for the headphones, which have a completely new design compared to previous HyperX headphones.

Also made of plastic, they incorporate for the first time a red backlight area as well as a visible cable feed-through. All this is rather done and brings a certain charm to this Cloud Flight model.

Wireless headset obliges, all the controls necessary for its use are now positioned on the earpieces.

On the right side first of all, with a thumbwheel allowing to adjust the volume on the fly. Please note that this is not an amplification system specific to the headphones, but a main volume adjustment.

On the left side, a first button positioned on the slice manages the power on and off via a prolonged pressure.

Once the headset is switched on, the headset lighting is automatically activated, and a single press on the same button switches between static, breathable or off lighting.

Still on the edge, there is a 3.5mm port for wired listening, a Micro-USB port for charging and a port for connecting the HyperX Cloud Flight’s removable microphone.

A last button is hidden under the left earpiece shell, allowing to activate or deactivate the microphone capture with a simple push.

Two small regrets concerning the controls, with the absence of a dedicated thumbwheel for the voice chat volume, but also an indicator for the remaining autonomy.

Here, the connection is made via a USB dongle that you will connect to your PC or PS4 (and PS4 Pro). A discreet and easy to carry solution, similar to what Corsair offers on its Void RGB Wireless or Logitech with its G533.

A little tip for heads up, don’t hesitate to slip the USB key inside the headset when you’re on the move if you don’t want to lose it!

HyperX headsets have gotten us used to good sound performance, and this new Cloud Flight seems to be no exception.

This best headphones for teenagers feature 50mm dynamic transducers for stereo reproduction only. Unlike a Cloud II, the manufacturer has therefore avoided virtual surround sound with this first wireless model.

While some players may perceive this absence as a real drawback, keep in mind that good stereo is always better than a botched surround sound reproduction. And believe us, after having tested more than fifty models, this is often the case!

Completely removable, the Cloud Flight’s microphone is mounted on a long flexible boom that is easy to position. Unlike a Cloud II or a Cloud Alpha, there is no foam windscreen on the capsule.

When in use, the microphone offers a very correct capture and one can easily exchange with other players. If you are looking for a solution adapted to streaming, we obviously advise you to use a USB microphone such as the Yeti Blue or the Razer Seiren X.

Last but not least, autonomy. The HyperX Cloud Flight has nothing to envy to its competitors when it comes to buying a wireless headset. The headset is indeed capable of offering up to 30 hours of autonomy when its backlighting is off, and nearly 15 hours while maintaining the lighting effects. Enough to enjoy several long nights of gaming without having to go through the recharge box.

Even if you’ve seen hundreds of best headphones for teenagers, the Cowin E-7’s look and chrome design will grab your attention and leave you breathless. The design is futuristic and attractive.

The headphones come with a carrying bag for ease of transport. All controls are located on the shells. You have a volume through button, a Bluetooth button, an NFC button for pairing, an input to connect the 3.5mm jack, and a signal light that flashes while the earphones are charging.

Unfortunately, the E-7 earphones are not foldable.

With the Bluetooth function, you would be free of all your movements.

One of the biggest selling points of the Cowin E-7 is the Bluetooth connection feature. I’m sure that people who travel or prefer to avoid cables will appreciate the Bluetooth connection of the E-7.

If you’ve ever used cabled headsets before, you’ll totally hang on to the freedom of movement that the Cowin E-7 provides.

All you need to do is pair the earphones with your Bluetooth, smartphone or photophone and enjoy up to 30 hours of sound (to accompany you from sunrise to sunset, they say!).

Whether it’s for music, movies or games, the Cowin E-7 best headphones for teenagers won’t disappoint.

The other good news is that these headphones can be charged very quickly. If you forgot to charge it and are in a hurry, a few minutes of charging and you can still use the Cowin E-7 for a while. All you have to do is turn on the “Fast Fuel” function and in 10 minutes of charging, you’ll get 60 minutes of battery life.

The Cowin E-7 requires only five hours of charging time to benefit from the 30-hour Bluetooth wireless function. Needless to say, you can always plug in the 3.5mm audio jack cable and turn the Cowin E-7 into a wired headset.

What’s more, it already has a built-in microphone and NFC technology. You will also be able to make your calls in total freedom.

I don’t have much to say about the sound quality. I mean, if you’re an audiophile, you can look elsewhere, to much more expensive models.

However, if you’re just looking for very good quality at a very good price, the E-7 earphones are definitely worth the purchase.

Sharp highs, concise bass and amazing sound quality.

Apart from the Bluetooth connectivity, the other huge selling point of the earphones is the outstanding noise reduction function.

If you want to cut yourself off from the world and feel the immersive atmosphere of your favourite music as you walk down a noisy city street, the noise reduction function is a godsend.

The Cowin E-7 allows you to hear only your music or movie and nothing else. Neither noisy neighbors nor vehicles will be a worry.

For the greatest protection against noise pollution, you will need to activate this noise reduction function. There is a special switch on the headphones that automatically stops noise coming from outside, so you can concentrate only on what you are listening to.

The Cowin E-7 has a built-in microphone. Of course, don’t think about using this microphone to make videos on Youtube or to record a song in studio quality.

The microphone quality is appropriate for Skype conversations, but if you plan to use the headphones for LAN parties or TeamSpeak conversations, the microphone quality will not meet your expectations.

The Cowin E-7 is not in the category of gaming headphones or high-end headphones like Bose, Sennheiser (just like the Sennheiser HD 660S) or any other premium brand.

These are headphones with a very good quality and are worth more than the low price it asks for.

We highly recommend these best headphones for teenagers as a low cost, high quality alternative to models costing 4 to 5 times its price.

What at first seemed to be just a basic update of the Elite 65t turns out to be more interesting than that.

The design has been deeply redesigned (the headphones and the case are 22% smaller), the battery life has been extended and the connection has been changed to USB-C.

The charger case, which is also much smaller, so much so that you can hardly feel it in your pocket, has also been fitted with magnets that make it easier to open and close.

But we regret the lack of wireless charging that Jabra is reserving for a premium version of the 75t to come in the coming months.

As usual, Jabra has tried to make its new earphones compatible with a wider range of body shapes.

The 75t uses the same speakers as the 65t, but their compact design will allow smaller ears to enjoy them in better conditions with a real gain in comfort that will appeal to all users.

And thanks to a more precise fit, the earphones will hold better in place, all without losing sound insulation. The Elite 75t best headphones for teenagers are also lighter and more discreet, a very positive point.

On the other hand, despite a certain gain in comfort, they are not as comfortable to wear as the AirPods Pro.

Even smaller, they hardly make themselves felt in the ears, which is a real advantage over the competition as a whole. Jabra still has room for improvement.

Certified IP55, unlike the 65t (you had to have the Active version in order to play sports with it), the Elite 75t is splash and dust resistant.

They are therefore perfect for the gym and running. We tested them during a running session and they stayed in place.

As with the previous model, Jabra has incorporated a transparent mode that lets in ambient sounds, allowing you to hear your surroundings when running in the street and is handy when making phone calls.

Note that the Active version of the 75t, announced at CES 2020, will feature a fully waterproof (IP57) rating. Unlike this version, you will be able to fully immerse them in water.

The Jabra Elite 75t are Bluetooth 5.0 compatible like their predecessors but like them, they don’t really take advantage of it, at least for the moment since a firmware update should fix it this year.

In spite of this, we must admit that the connection is still as reliable as ever and we have encountered almost no breakdowns.

Moreover, latency remains contained, which allows you to watch videos without any audio/video synchronization problems.

As for battery life, it reaches 7.5 hours at moderate volume compared to 5 hours for the Elite 65t (the AirPods Pro are at 4.5 hours with active noise reduction).

The case offers an additional 20.5 hours of autonomy, for a satisfactory total result. Our first tests indicate that the announced autonomy is accurate, at least for the earphones themselves.

Please note that it is possible to have the remaining autonomy of the earphones AND the case directly in your phone, which is more appreciable.

The controls have changed quite a bit since the 65t, but not necessarily more intuitive in the end.

Previous Jabra True Wireless phones had two buttons per earphone which offered a lot of possibilities, and then the brand had found a pretty efficient system.

The 75t, on the other hand, only had one button per earphone, probably due to lack of space.

Still, contrary to most competitors and especially the Apple AirPods Pro, the controls are very complete.

You can play/pause, skip to the next song or go back to the previous one, increase or decrease the volume, activate the PDA or the HearThrough mode, all this with single, multiple or long presses.

Our regret on this point is the choice that was made by the brand to change tracks but fortunately, the key settings should correct this.

The audio quality is still excellent, it gains in clarity with very bright highs, a bit too much even, some may find them slightly aggressive.

Playing on the equalizer settings in the Jabra Sound+ application will improve the sound quality a little, we recommend lowering the treble and even the high mids.

The bass, on the other hand, is deep and powerful while remaining clean and defined, with plenty of attack.

The midrange is a bit backward. The whole gives a nice color, which will go perfectly with Rock, electro or rap, maybe less with classical music but an equalizer should improve that.

Although the Elite 75t are not as comfortable as the AirPods Pro and don’t perform as well for making calls (we’ll come back to that), we find that they have nothing to envy to the AirPods Pro in terms of audio quality, once you’ve equalized the sound at least.

What’s more, they cost 100 dollars less than AirPods Pro, which is not at all negligible.

The headphones still have four microphones, two in each earpiece, but the location has changed. They are now located at the front and back of each earpiece.

The Elite 65t best headphones for teenagers already worked well for hands-free calls. The 75t do even better in this area, although for us the Anker AirPods Pro and Soundcore Liberty Air 2 are a step up with their noise reduction.

You can use the right earpiece alone to listen to mono music or for calls.

With the Elite 75t, our callers said they could hear us clearly, but the background noise was less muffled than with the AirPods Pro and Soundcore Liberty Air 2.

On the other hand, the 75t is the only one of the three models to have a feature that allows you to hear your own voice through the earphones (so you don’t have to speak too loudly).
